Shipping Information:

Flexible and discreet shipping delivers to virtually any address within the United States, although some restrictions may apply to certain products and states.

Order Processing:

We ship orders Monday – Thursday between the hours of 9:00 am – 4:00 pm MST.

Prompt Fulfillment:

We will fulfill and ship your order within 1-2 business days.

Cancellations:

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will accommodate requests for orders that have not yet shipped. However, we cannot cancel shipped orders, and our “no returns or refund” policy applies.

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If the item you received is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with you to address the issue in a manner that is fair and satisfactory.

No Returns or Refunds:
